  • If you have connected the network adapter to your Windows computer, right-click the Network icon on the taskbar. Then, select Open Network and Sharing Center.
  • Go to the Change adapter settings link on the left panel.
  • If the status of the Wireless Network Connection is disabled, right-click on the connection and select the Enable option.
  • If the status is already enabled, right-click on the connection and select Disable. Then, right-click on it again and select Enable.
  • Now, check if the network adapter not working issue is resolved.
  • Make sure that the network adapter driver is properly installed.
  • Right-click on My Computer on the home screen and select Properties.
  • Select Device Manager on the left panel to open it.
  • Now, expand the Network adapters section and check if your network adapter is properly installed.
  • To update the driver, right-click on the adapter and select Update Driver Software.
