Setting the IP address manually

  • Go to the Properties window of your wireless network connection and click Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4) -> Properties.
  • Select the radio button beside the Use the following IP address option, fill the IP address, Subnet mask, and Default gateway fields, and click OK.

DHCP users

  • A few of the routers are limited only to 50 DHCP users. This might also be the reason for the error message.
