Solution: 1

  • On your Windows desktop, click the Start menu and go to the Settings window.
  • Click the Update & Security tab and select the Troubleshoot button from the left-side panel.
  • Under Troubleshoot, click the Run the troubleshooter button.

  • Press the Windows + R shortcut keys to open the Run dialogue box.
  • Type “Regedit” in the search panel and click the OK button to open the Windows Registry Editor.
  • In the Registry Editor window, go to the left-side panel and click the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE folder, followed by SOFTWARE.
  • Select the Microsoft folder followed by Windows NT.
  • Choose CurrentVersion and then click NetworkList.
  • Give a right-click on the Profiles tab and select Permissions.
  • Click the Advanced tab and select the “Replace all child object permission entries with inheritable permission entries from the object” checkbox.
  • Click OK to close the Windows Registry Editor and restart your computer and check if the Windows store apps troubleshooter issue is fixed.

  • You need to disable the VPN first if you have installed it on your computer.
